Missing you
Willow and I got to travel to NY last weekend for Cali's birthday. It was a short visit but after 2 years of not seeing them I really needed it. I came back with a lot of photos. Sadly, this is the only one I have with me and Cali (it was taken with my cell phone!)and I have none with Reese and I.
Oh those girls are amazing and I sure do miss them!!

Anxiously waiting....
I know, I know... a few days late on this but finally here is it.
Now SEVEN months old, our sweet Willow.

Tomorrow we travel to New York. I am thrilled and also sad as Willow and I will be leaving our boys behind. Though I know they will have some good one on one bonding. And I can not wait to see Cali and Reese. Oh, and of course the rest of my family too! : )
Part of my sadness in leaving my baby/big boy is how little control I have over his safety. (As if I ever have any control present or not.) You just like to be around, just in case. Just to say things like, "No I don't think he should play with that hammer. Is that a knife?"
Some recent booboo's... many from the same day!

Poor sweetie. When the plastic (empty) water bottle fell on him he said, "Momma, why'd you do that to me?"
Oh boy, that took some explaining.
I am so in love with these children... can you tell?!
