4 years later
My heart swells as I think of four years ago. It was a different kind of exhaustion than I experience these days, the time was full with excitement and worry.
That seems so long ago as the time just speeds by. And yet that joy, the joy of first seeing his face, feeling him next to my skin, actually meeting him after so many months of wondering... is amazing and will never be lost.
It has been a wonderful day. We've played, been silly and enjoyed the company of family and friends. It has been full and loving.
Still it is hard to believe. I have a four year old!

It was a great time and I enjoyed watching him enjoy his special day. It truly is hard to believe it has already been 4 years! You all are truly a special family and I love you all so very much and miss you after being able to spend a week with you all! So much love for you all. Gramma
