Days turn to a month. 15 months
The transition from baby to toddler is clearly here. And though I miss the baby days I find much joy in watching her become her own person... the words she is learning, the ability to communicate what she wants and does not want and dancing are just a few.
The joy of her laughter as she finds amusement in tickling her own belly.
Her first taste of pizza. It was a hit and is now a favorite food item. Tonight she ate 3 corner pieces!
Her love for Carl runs deep and though he has moments of struggle in expressing things to her... or at least understanding a gentle way to express even love... he clearly adores her. They have plenty of precious hugs and time shared playing and being gentle as well as silly.
The life we will share ahead, exploring things and watching out for each other makes me smile and fills my heart with more joy than one could possibly imagine. This is my life, and I am sticking to it!

Oh my goodness, she has changed so much and I am so looking forward to seeing the changes during my visit for Carl's birthday. And Carl is looking so much like a grown up little boy now. My visit will be so much fun and I can hardly wait. Love, Gramma
