Water adventures
Last weekend was a TVbyGirls retreat in Big Fork Minnesota at Arcadia Lodge. Brian, Carl and Willow joined me and the rest of the TVBG's group for the weekend. 5 hours is too long in the car for Carl - or is it too long for me? It was hard for him to be away from home and there were a few meltdowns.
We had our own cabin and while Willow worked with me, Brian and Carl got to play. Overall I think the trip was still good for him. He enjoyed the beach and I definately enjoyed the afternoon I was able to spend with him playing in the sand and water - just he and I.
Brian snuggled with Willow and watched from the sidelines.
The yellow dock with the ladder was a big hit.
He had his first real venture into the water and once he discovered how fun it was he didn't want to leave. He just went around and around and laughed so hard!
And through the entire weekend, Willow was the most relaxed.

Carl looks like when he had fun HE really had FUN. I wish I could have been there with you.

Looks like a really fantastic place. Glad you all got to enjoy it. Now Carl needs to learn to swim. Would love to have been able to share the trip also. So very much love to everyone, Gramma.
